Anne Kockelkorn studied architecture at the Ecole d’Architecture de Paris-Belleville and the Kunsthochschule Berlin-Weißensee. Since 2006 she has worked as a freelance architecture writer. In 2007 she joined the journal ARCH+, where she edited the Mumbai and São Paulo editions. She was an instructor in the Department of Architecture at the Technische Universität Berlin for the winter semester 2007/2008 and co-curated the 2008 Berlin exhibition/conference “ Tuned City – Between sound and space speculation.” In 2009 she started to work as a research assistant at the chair of Laurent Stalder at the ETH Zurich. Her SNF-funded thesis project „The Social Condenser“ started in Febuary 2012 and is directed by Philip Ursprung and Christian Schmid.
