Curriculum Vitae

 

Since 2011: PhD Researcher at the Singapore ETH Centre / Future Cities Laboratory. Her research focuses on the spatial configurations and the specificities of actual local conditions, within the metropolitan region of Tokyo. She is interested in socio-spatial processes and differentiated urban strategies, which contribute to complex and extensive structure of the contemporary city.

 

2010: Master of Science in Architecture at the Department of Architecture, ETH Zurich. Research project: Tokyo A Fragmented City; graduation project: Specificity in Fragments, Development Strategies for the Lake Area Zurich, with Prof. Kees Christiaanse.

 

2009: Research fellowship at the Tokyo University, Department of Architecture, Japan, Laboratory of Manabu Chiba, Design Studio with Kengo Kuma.

 

2007:  Bachelor of Science in Architecture at the Department of Architecture, ETH Zurich.

 

2004: Bachelor of Arts in Japanese Studies, University of Tuebingen, Germany.

 

Professional experience with Klein Dytham Architecture, Tokyo, Shigeru Ban Architects, Tokyo and offices in Switzerland and Germany.
