The book contains also contributions of the Urban Incubator Project, with interventions by architects, students and artists. In 2014 a major change was announced with a waterfront development of an Abu Dhabi investor with the Serbian government. The book ends with an open letter to the people of Belgrade by the International Network for Urban Research and Action INURA.
